Elsewhere Elsewhere
“I chose to locate the business on the estate because the surroundings feel closely aligned with the ethos of the brand. The estate is developing a vibrant community of independent businesses, which was something that really appealed to me.”

“I was after somewhere peaceful with lots of space for my dogs, to which Paul helped source me our secure field which was an even better option. I really do feel lucky that by just asking the question we now live and are so lucky to work in an area that is beautiful and tranquil like South Ormsby.”

Questions before
you enquire.

An early, honest conversation is how the best ventures begin.

01What does it cost?+

Every plot is different. Price depends on the land, buildings, services and length of term. Tell us what you need and we will give you a clear, workable answer.

02How much land can I take?+

Anything from a lockable workshop or a quarter-acre plot to tens of acres. Current agreements range from an eight-acre market garden to 28 acres of livery.

03What does organic certification mean for me?+

The estate is already certified organic. What that means depends on what you grow or produce, so ask us early and we will explain exactly where you stand.

04Are there utilities on the plots?+

It varies. Some units have power, water and vehicle access; some fields are bare land. Include your requirements in the enquiry so we can match you well.

05Can I live on the estate too?+

Sometimes. Heritage accommodation does become available. Mention it in your enquiry and we will tell you what is realistic.
